Easy To Operate Monoblock Unit
Monoblock refrigeration unit is a equipment in which the condensing unit and the evaporator are in the same structure.
The refrigeration cycle of any refrigeration equipment or system has several processes: compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporator. This refrigeration cycle can be implemented in a split system, where the condenser is made up of one unit and the evaporator is made up of another unit, with piping required between the two. Or on the other hand, the refrigeration cycle can be implemented in such a compact system as monoblocks.
Monoblock condensing unit has the following characteristics
1. Reasonable structure, uniform frosting and high heat exchange efficiency
2. The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, with plastic-sprayed surface, corrosion resistance and beautiful appearance;
3. Special fan motor is selected, with low noise, large air volume and stable operation;
4. The stainless steel U-shaped tubular electric heating tube with strong insulation is used. The electric heating tube is put
into the fin, evenly distributed, and defrosting time is short, and the effect is good;
5. The shell material can be made of embossed aluminum plate and stainless steel according to customer requirements;
6. The air cooler shall be tested under the pressure of 2.8MPa to ensure the stability of the product in use.
