during the follow-up, they should be immediately resolved and answered. We should communicate well with customers to ensure their satisfaction;

3. Provide customers with one-time free online installation training, share installation manuals and installation tutorials. Including cold storage board installation, machine installation, equipment debugging, etc.After receiving a customer's call for help, take immediate action. If it is not possible to arrive immediately, provide an explanation to the customer and schedule a service time to stabilize their emotions and prepare them mentally;

4. When solving problems for customers, whether it is we own responsibility or not, we should do their best. For problems that are not within their own scope of responsibility and cannot be solved, they should promptly notify the cooperating unit and cannot delay the customer
