Evaporator Type

Cold storage evaporator is an evaporator used in refrigeration equipment such as cold storage, and is a wall type heat exchange device. Its principle is that a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant vaporizes and absorbs heat on one side of the evaporator's heat transfer wall, thereby cooling the medium on the other side of the heat transfer wall.

Feature:

1.  The heat exchange of the evaporator is designed according to the most popular compressor in the market, which is suitable forcondensing units with different models.

2. The shell is made of special galvanized steel, which has high strength, corrosion resistance, shock resistance and gloss. It can also be made of aluminum, stainless steel and other materials according to customer needs.

3.  The drain pan is designed so that the sewage faces the drain, which effectively reduces the accumulation of water in the pan.

4.  The use of high-quality copper tubes and special aluminum fins. The copper tubes are multi-tooth internal threads with high efficiency. The copper content is up to 99.9%, which increases the surface area and heat transfer efficiency.

Precautions for installing cold air fans in cold storage:

1. The distance between the back of the cold air fan in the cold storage and the insulation board of the cold storage should be at least 300MM, which is conducive to air circulation in the cold storage and convenient for future maintenance.

2. A U-shaped oil return bend should be installed at the air return port of the cold storage fan to facilitate the return of refrigerant oil to the cold storage compressor.

3. The outlet pipe of the cold air fan in the cold storage should be equipped with a U-shaped bend to form a liquid seal, avoiding air circulation inside and outside the storage.
